nah i had RoS up then a hunter casted lynx rush and i got crit like 3 or 4 times.
last bg got claw/bite crits through RoS. Maybe a bug with Cobra Strikes i guess.

sometimes i also get like damage of RoS like a dot, don't know what that could be:

maybe cobra strikes somehow affect lynx rush (eventhough it isnt intended) because iirc recklesness (the crits ofc) went thrugh RoS in WotLK, could be the same case here with cobra

I find RoS buggy quite often - i guess immunity is wrong word - more like Barkskin crit reducion effect. Abilities with 100% crit will crit you even if you are"immune"to crits i guess?

that would be quite easy to test, do lava burst and chaos bolt crit you with RoS?
ill duel some people and update this post

Chaos bolt and Soul fire ignore Roar of Sacrifice.
Lava burst doesn't.

I'll do some more tests

Fun fact: you could probably ask blizzard this and they wouldn't have the slightest fucking clue.
