Whenever a warrior uses Mortal Strike(6sec CD) he procs an Overpower use, and whenever you Overpower you have a 30% chance to proc Taste for Blood. If/when TfB procs you gain another Overpower use and a stack of TfB. TfB stacks last for 15 sec, stack to 5, and increases the damage of your next Heroic Strike by 100% per stack.

A 3 stack is usually enough with full CDs popped to get a ~130-150k hit on something(depends on armor/resil of target obviously). 5 stacks with full CDs up usually means you'll global something as a warrior...as the HS will usually crit for 230k+.

It's extremely RNG and a very dumb mechanic.

They should cap the stack at 3, and make them easier to get. Would lower our WTF burst and increase our sustained a bit.
