I'd like to share this thread of mine with the community here so that mages still interested in fire have a place to snipe or share ideas.

The spec is incredibly unwelcome wherever you go but I find it to be very challenging and beneficial for a team.

Spec frostjaw for easy crits, get a pyro > get a heating up > alter time > nova > deep > pyro > pyro > alter time > pyro. Global any class and they cannot control their character.

This basicly, Fire burst is just as retarded as Frost and you can kill anyone in a deep freeze who can't get out of it.

Fire is quite weak atm, removal of COC freeze and blazing speed was a huge nerf to the moving target dummy, and since the Pyroblast now gives you a buff when you crit, before it turns to hotstreak its easly dispelable by someone focusing you and actually giving a fuck.

Fire is nerfed and not even viable atm..

Heating up can't be dispelled afaik and fire is anything but weak right now >.>  Can easily do 250k+ in a deep. But yes, people making an effort to keep you clean can be incredibly frustrating
