-Icons no longer disappear upon entering an arena.
-Action buttons and talents changed during arenas no longer reset upon exiting the arena.
-Stampede pets no longer move at 5,000,000% player speed.
-Discipline priests now have the spell "Dispersion."

Why do people keep saying this?

The whole point is for you to have your basic spec outside of arena, and be able to make changes based on who you are playing. If anything, this change would force most people to spend more time adjusting stuff.

It's counter-intuitive. Often times you will fight the same team repeatedly, and the game will continue to change your buttons and talents to something you don't want, making you change it in the starting area every game. Also, fixing a macro in the middle of an arena, then having it go back and forgetting to fix it has happened to me like ten times.

However, I understand the reason for its existence... to allow talent changing to be free. Maybe just have it apply to buttons.

- Blood Fear now has 15 second cd (old: 10 second).
- Presence of Mind, Nature's Swiftness and Ancestral Swiftness now have 2 minute cooldown (old: 1 minute)
- Glyph of Gag Order removed.
- Void Shift is now for Disc and Holy only.

blood fear either needs longer cd or much higher health % tradeoff
offensive dispel needs cd or much higher mana cost, they changed it for spellsteal but purge needs a change as well
gag order needs removed
some abilities gained from symbiosis should be reconsidered (druid iceblock)

Would be too op, the damage reduction is fine but if it were to give back a healer that much mana every 2 mins... disc would go from the worst to one of the best; imo.

make blood fear reduce range to 10 yard like howl of terror. 30 yard instant fear is dumb

There are bugs with the way it currently works.

Such as, for rogues you can go into arena with dirty tricks/prey on the weak and join the match then swap talents to pickup paralytic poison. Then once you're out of the match you have your original talent and the paralytic buff for an hour etc.

- warrior fear changed to 2 mins cd
-reck and avatar cant be used at the same time
- make shadowpriest fade CD doubled
- spellsteal have a 5 second CD
- druids displacer beast CD doubled.
- shaman stun totem removed and NS CD increased by 30 seconds
- Paladin fear removed
- Feral instant cyclone CD added.
- Rogues take 30% less dmg when enemy in a KS.
- Disc priests shields undispellable and penance buffed significantly.
- Increase Dott damage of all classes (boom/UA/Fire mage especially)
-Remove shaman aura mastery - replace with a one-spell aura mastery.


If these were all done the game would probably actually be balanced.

-Psyfiend removed.
-Blood Fear removed.
-Glyph of Purge removed.
-Gag Order made to work only when the Warrior spec is Protection.
-Readiness no longer resets the cooldown of Silence shot and Intimidation as Beast Mastery.
-Shock Wave changed to 1 min CD and damage outside of Protection spec is reduced by 50%.
-Spell Steal changed to have a cooldown of 8 seconds.
-Hybrid healing from all sources reduced by 35%(This includes Second Wind, Cold Snap heal & all other sources of similar type of healing too).
-Displacer Beast cooldown increased to 2mins.
-Pressence of Mind cooldown increased to 2mins and no longer affects Ring of Frost.
-Death Knight's PvP 4p no longer resets the cooldown on Deathgrip(revert back to previous 4p in the mean time).
-Feral Druids no longer recieve Dispersion or Bubble when they have symbiosis.
-Resto Druids no longer recieve Ice Block when they have symbiosis.
-Feral Druid PvP 4p no longer grants constant 15% movement speed instead when shape shifting into cat form you gain 15% movement --speed for 4 seconds(15 sec ICD).
-Resto Shamans PvP 4p no longer lasts 5seconds instead gives a 5second buff to allow your next spell cast to be immune to interrupts.
-Priest Satin PvP 4p is now baseline when Shadow and now shares the same bonus as Moon Cloth 4p instead.
-Fade cooldown increased to 1 min but duration increased to 4 seconds(1 sec longer).
-Shadow Priests spell "Silence" range increased to 40 yards to be put in line with all other casters interrupts.
-Second Winds now only ticks every 2 secs(up from 1).
-Avatar no longer makes you immune to Root effects.
-You can no longer Intervene Skull Banner or Demoralizing Banner.
-Nature Swiftness cooldown increased to 2mins.
-Typhoon is no longer a talent and is baseline to only Balance druids.
-Discipline priests are no longer affected by the 15% shield absorb reduction.
-Warrior's intimidating shout cooldown increased to 2 mins.
-Destroying Tremor, Spirit link and Grounding totem no longer reduces the cooldown for their next use.
-Rain of Fire can no longer cause a stun effect.

I would add more towards BM hunters but it looks like they are getting taken care of in 5.1.

One thing that needs to not make it through in 5.1 though is;
-The cooldown of Blind has been reduced to 1 minute (was 3 minutes).

Make Beastial Wrath, Readiness, and Lock and Load level 75 talent tree for hunters. (make LnL proc off of serpent sting or something...)
Make Entrapment a glyph
Buff Chimera shot damage a bit ( and explosive shot to make both survival and marks viable )
Remove stampede from arena...

Wow hunters are balanced now AND fun to play now?

edit: also in reference to the spell steal change, I think it should only have a CD if they are using the glyph ( the one that heals )

and remove those elemental totems from arena too wtf?
