The greatest part about this, is that it was obviously thoroughly thought through before it was written. THAT is dedication.

Was Cold Blood removed because of Shadow Blades? Would really love it back. Good on-demand burst & loved the visual.
Cold Blood helped make rogues not care about crit as a stat.

The complete abscence of game knowledge is mind boggling. All current rogues are reforging to crit all day, am I right?  Gotta get dat poison crit up.

the more mindboggling way to look at that is comparing it to recklessness( which lasts for a duration versus one ability and helps auto attacks). it's a stupid post by GC.

wont be geared till s10 when rogues will be somewhat good anyway.

Not sure how much it matters considering you'll usually be in a deep  and usually cant stealth unless you vanish, but I figured i'd share anyway. You can stealth frostbomb and it wont explode. (Also works for Priest "Spectral Guise")

Im having a hard time figuring out why everyone and their mother wants to go back to playing their rogue in 5.1/s10. They havent fixed any of the issues in the game wars will still cooldown stack and kill u in a shockwave and every other class will still kite us to death

1 and a half min cd blind as well as shaman nerf make RMP viable.
