Yeah without a reliable way to put out ondemand burst , marks will continue to be bad. Wondering if haste might be a reforge /gem option with the on the move aimed shot though. And burst windows with rapid/on use being powershot/instant aimed chim?

Nah crit is too good Nd haste doesn't scale too well. Don't forget about steady focus for attack speed
