  • Aimed Shot now deals 320% weapon damage (up from 280%), but the base damage component has been reduced by 65%. The damage that this ability does at level 90 should remain relatively unchanged.
  • Healing performed by Spirit Beasts summoned by the Stampede talent is now correctly reduced by 75%.
  • Rabid has been changed and now increases a pet's attack speed by 70%. Pet attack power is now unaffected by this ability.
  • Deterrence now correctly prevents the use of all three level 75 Hunter talents. Previously, Lynx Rush could still be used.
  • The root provided by Narrow Escape now correctly breaks on damage in a manner similar to other rooting effects.
So, a slight nerf for aimed shot untill we get a good (high end damage) bow.

Stampede heal nerf. Meh. Gonna get rid of stampede glyph and pick up pets that give buffs (5% crit, 10% haste, and other 2 depending on comp)

Rabid nerf, maybe going to switch BM pets back to cunning.

Narrow escape nerf. maybe they will fuck up and make it dispellable.


I was reading Ghostcralwer's twitter and he was saying how MM damage is fine in a PvE state (therfore no changes) Its just "harder" to play. thoughts?

We all saw it coming with the Stampede it was a obvious need.

Narrow Escape i look at more as a bug fix it should break afterall its not dispel able :)

Some stuff seems like PvE intended fix and afterall as GC said they have not made any new class changes yet.

- Aimed shot unchanged pretty much.

-Spirit beast healing nerf will increase hunter's damage in general. Stampede glyph has been bugged since launch of MoP and reduces stampede damage by ~50%. Once this change will go live, even the dumbest hunters will realize to get rid of this glyph / spirit beasts.

- 70% increased attack speed > 25% more ap, huge buff if they fix stampede.

-Narrow Escape *nerf* won't change anything, it should be deleted from game instead.

So basicly, they buff BM damage and attempt to reduce BM mobility (but fail at this part). BM hunters clearly need more damage.

+1 to the guy designing these hunter changes

What about these pets:

worm/rhino (4% incre phy dmg) + raptor (reduce 4% armor can stack 3 times) + core hound (tongues in case you rush some caster/heal) + spirit beast main (mastery buff) + dragonhawk ( increase magic dmg 5%, in case that you play with dk or similar class i think is rlly good)

what you think guys?

well u get hyena 10% atk speed
Dinosaur for ms and crit
Rhino for 4% melee dmg
and u can get a stun pet or magic damage

Pet 1: Spirit Beast - Healing and playing
Pet 2: Devilsaur - 5% Crit and 25% healing reduction debuff.
Pet 3: Rhino - 4% increased physical damage debuff 30 seconds. (better then Ravager, which is only 24 second)
Pet 4: Shale Spiders - 5% Strenght, Agility, Stamina, Intellect Buff + 3 seconds STUN.
Pet 5: Hyeana - 10% Ranged and melee attack speed

This is the pets I have been going.
