Sacred Shield more asorb with mastery
Eternal Flame hot and chance for the hot to tick (Hot ticks 3 holy power Eternal Flame for 14k-16k without t2 wep.)
Depends on what comp you are playing.. Burst comp or a comp that lasts over time and pallys atm are more burst healers than over time it seems.

My EF ticks for ~6800 non crit with 28% mastery that (Not very good at math) I believe is a 1900ish shield. So for one tick I effectively healed for 8700 which adds up if someone isn't spam dispelling your target @.@
Tl;dr I think mastery is awesome now.

Edit: After 5.1, spirit is worth much less than before. You will be sitting in CC's most of the match, and when you get out you will need the biggest heals possible. This is making me lean towards crit/mastery over spirit.

Mastery works for every healing spell including Eternal Flame.
In my oppinion its the best stat after Spirit.

I'd get 12.39% crit and 28.52% mastery
this in turn basically means 28.52% of every heal place a shield on your target
however if i went; Spirit > crit > mastery > haste I'd get
16.15% crit and 23.22% mastery
I personally like the 1st since its more reliable and consistent as a healer to have 5% more healing on everything rather than go for rng
plus the additional 25% crit as well as my own 12.39% crit i think is quite reliable on getting those IoL procs from holy shock.
whether you feel swapping essentially 5.3% more healing for 3.76% more crit is completely up to you, but I'm certainly not going to favour rng over consistency.

I literally reforge everything to mastery and crit if the piece already has mastery on it.

I don't see alot of paladins with Sanctified Wrath, is there something im missing with divine purpose? This game feels too cooldown dependant to not take Sanctified Wrath, its one of our main cooldown healing abilities

If not Divine Purpose I'd take Holy Avenger if you want another cd. Divine Purpose is rng true but it procs often enough to patch people up with.
And do people actually reforge toward spirit? Or just leave spirit be? I'm reforging everything away from spirit and I'm having no mana problems.
