As the title says, I'm interested in what you do right before a match starts. Are you cool and only do what's necessary (buff, stealth/mount, hand out healthstone/cookies, etc.), are you jumping around, mashing some buttons (AE/Holy Nova Spam) or "autorun" into the closed door? Do you have any other quirks that you want to share?
On a more serious note what do you do before you even enter the Arena? Do you actually run 1 or 2 skirmishes to warm up, do some duels or do you enter completely "cold"?

Getting high before matches helps fairly well.

Had this nice "ritual" I'd do with my Warlock partner in 2s, we always did it together and did it at the same time, nothing to it really but I always thought it was relaxing.

Enter -> I start buffing myself PW:F, SP, DS, IF, ToW, FW, tar him, PW:F(about the time that I'd do PW:F on him he'd open up a trade with me and trade me a healthstone while summoning VW after buffing Fire Shield), accept HS, SP, DS, now he'd be finishing with buffing us with a VW up, then we'd wait, I'd have him targeted, about 3 secs or so into "15 seconds until arena starts" he'd start summoning Felhunter, I'd keep him targeted, when he'd reach "L" in "Felhunter" I'd target myself, put PW: Shield on me and use a macro to tar his felhunter and buff him with PW:F and SP and then start mounting and at about the exact time I'd mount the game would start.

As to going in arena I usually don't do any duels, bgs or skirmishes for that but I always restart WoW, shut down all programs except WoW and Vent and raise prio for those two in Task Manager to ensure no computer fuckups. Also, I'd get something to drink ;)

On my rogue I just make sure I have poisons and get on Vent and voilá, we win games.

I tend to run into the closed door. Why i don't know it's just a force of habit :D. Probably got it from doing BG's

I try to see how many spin-jumps I can do, sometimes I try to see how many times I pull off the thunderclap animation in the air, but have it look as if it was done on the ground.
Warrior is serious business in prep room :D

I stand behind my druid partner and do /sit so it looks like I'm sniffing his butt.

Rogues have nothing fun to do in prep room. :(

I do all my buffs, then for the remaining time, I might set some marks or just keep refeshing my thorns on everyone.

It's been proven that the the more you jump around during preparation time, the higher your chances of winning will be.

Never stop jumping.

In vent my partner and I generally clarify strats from previous matches. If we lost the previous game, we'd prepare as if we were going to get them again to be sure we were ready for them. If we won the previous game, we'd find our faults and their faults and make some general improvements.

As for my character, I typically stealth by the door, check poisons if they are approaching the 20 minute mark, and walk back and forth in front of the door trying to get myself to moon walk.

As for prepping before arenas, we go in cold.

Either jumping around, tabbing out to read forums, or playing something like guitar hero.
