1. Brushing and flossing your teeth.

Flossing.
Most people/dentist recommend flossing once/day.  I think this is a little bit overkill but it is still important to do.  If you don't you'll get that old man breathe that smells like bacteria and rot.  I'd recommend flossing once every 3 days.  Do it while you're young or you will regret it later.

Brushing.
I'm sure everyone already does this two or more times/day but one thing of note is to be a gentle brusher.  I began to have receding gums from brushing really hard/quick.  This is an expensive problem to fix, so be careful.  Slow circular movements on the teeth and brush down from the gums to the teeth.
I also recommend brushing your teeth after a smoke/joint/coffee if you are able to.  I personally brush after each meal.

No one likes someone with nasty breath. It is simply repelling, doesn't matter how good you look or how great your personality is.  Teeth #1

2. Male pattern baldness.

Some of you may have already experienced this, some of you may soon.  Don't just give up with the "Oh well, I'm going bald", be proactive.  If you notice early signs of baldness you can address the problem and stop this from occurring.  If you wait until you're already bald (completely or partially) you're fucked.

There are a shitload of products you can use for hair loss, most don't work or the results are negligible.  The best thing you can do is take Finasteride or Dutasteride (some studies show this to be more effective).  A lot of people don't want to take this because they think it's expensive....well it is if you buy the brand name stuff (Propecia) in the 1mg tablet form.  Alternatively, to save a lot of money, you can buy 5mg generic pills that are given to men with prostate cancer and cut them into 4.  This cuts your costs significantly.

A lot of people use Rogaine but I think it's fucking nasty, not to mention it can actually accelerate your hair loss before doing something.  You can also take Finasteride/Dutasteride with Rogaine, they act differently but that can get abit $$$.

Nizoral is also a great shampoo to use to help with this problem.  You only need to use it once every three days or so.

Lastly the laser comb is suppose to support new growth of hair.  These things cost like $400 though and I don't know anyone who uses them so I cannot comment.

I think the only real treatment for hair loss is a hair transplant.  It worked wonders for Wayne Rooney...although he still looks like shrek.

It is pretty expensive though.

I remember when I was young I put one of my baby teeth in a cup of pepsi....it took 3 weeks to disolve.  Pretty nasty stuff.

Not the only treatment.  That cost thousands of dollars and the transplanted hairs might just fall out anyways.  Being proactive with medication is the best/most afforable approach imo.

3. Staying fit/muscular.

I haven't been to the gym in over 4 years and I don't work out at home but I still have a pretty muscular build.  I've never read/heard about anyone doing this but I do it constantly and it seems to work.

When I'm driving, listening to music, reading, sitting at the computer, watching tv, in the office ect. ect. ect.  I'll just flex/tighten my muscles while sitting there.  I usually just contract and release my abs but I also occasional flex my back, legs and arms.  Regardless of whether or not this builds strength, it still takes energy and burns calories.

So next time you are taking that 45min bus ride to work/shool, flex and release those abs for the duration of the trip.  Burn off those excess calories.

sure that will work but i think you are underestimating how awesome it feels after you have been working out for a couple hours. its just that feeling of AHHH when you sit down in your chair at home or in the car and just relax all your muscles feeling proper spent.

HoN is most likely a better choice until DotA2 is actually ready to be released.

Yeah when you have such bad allies that you lose a player VS AI game... that's pretty annoying.
