Is this a serious post?
There used to be a lot of random servers back then in TBC but when WoW started 'dying' and the PvP community became smaller people started to transfer to PvP hubs like Stormscale or Outland in S5-S6.

Over time players who automatically kept looking for hubs since it is easier to find teams there.

Emerald Dream has a healthy population on both sides, but it has no good arena players except for one arena team and me. I don't think the server has one good healer since Koshimo left.

Like others have said, it's just because people tend to focus in on hubs, and that typically means focusing on one faction.
