Hi, i'm trying to upgrade my graphics card , the current one i'm using is nvidia geforce gts 250

I want to be able to stream and fraps without suffering fps lag. Every time i stream i get around 15 fps. Outside of streaming my gameplay is very smooth, always above  60 fps. I can currently fraps on the half setting and get no lag whatsoever.

Can anyone recommend a good graphics card?

Gtx 560 ti is more than fine, if you drop so much in fps its prolly because you are frapsing the files to the same HDD as ur wow is on/system. The best way to fraps is to another HDD, if you arent you will prolly suffer alot of fps lag

Streaming is not GPU heavy, it's CPU heavy.  There's a good chance that even if you upgrade your GPU, it's still going to lag.

Also a second hard drive will only help recording, not streaming.
