Talking as if NAO guys invented tournaments
Posted 08 May 2012 - 10:21 PM
The NAO staff is made up of hard workers that do their best to make the tournament great. . . and they have succeeded. How do you start something like NAO that hasn't been done before with nothing but professionalism with a limited budget and limited sponsors? The best people to ask would be the NAO staff.
Curse, you shouldn't have dropped the guys who know how to do it. Good job screwing over the group of people that GAVE you the idea to even have an online tournament. Without them, none of these tournaments that have taken place in the past 6 months would have even been thought of.

They DID create online tournaments for WoW.

They actually didn't, there have been tons of them earlier in the history of WoW. Furthermore there has been a popular Tournament before in this Season already, hosted by the Russians of Prestige Gaming. The Tournament was of course not as successful as NAO is (in my opinion). Still, I have to say that I like the idea of a new Tournament coming up, I do not know the Backstories of why Curse stopped sponsoring NAO and all this stuff but with this Tournament, there is a new Sponsor that invests into WoW tournaments now which is Alienware.

So? Warlocks and Shamans are strong classes, of course a lot of teams are going to have them. If you look closer you will notice that the 3rd class in each of those teams is different. There's only a single RLS so I don't see what the problem is.
