Hello fellow junkies, i was wondering if there was a way to make a macro which would allow my mouse wheel to shuffle through my focus targets. For example if i had a lock focused if i scrolled down the focus would change to the other enemy players. Basically i want to know if you can create a macro which could account for all three focus targets instead of using three macros for focus 1 2 and 3.

dont be so offensive.

On topic: you cant do this, you should just use focus123 as it's REALLY great to use, when i first started using it i didnt like it but when you get used to it, it's SICK.

Binding scroll wheel up to focus arena 1, scroll wheel down to focus arena 2, and some modifier of scroll wheel up or down or pressing the scroll wheel in to focus arena 3 isn't far from what you are asking for.  Even if you could continuously scroll down to shuffle through focusing arena 1, 2, and 3, would it be worth it?  It wouldn't be responsive enough, and what do you do when you promise your team you've got next kick on arena 2, and over scroll and focus arena 3 and miss the kick, or step kick the wrong person?  It is always better to have definite binds for what you want, it improves responsiveness, re-activeness, and better prepares you for more situations.

Try:

Scroll wheel up - Focus arena 1
Scroll wheel down - Focus arena 2
Press scroll wheel in - Focus arena 3

Macro: /focus [@arena#]

Edit:  I just wanted to add that while this isn't possible through general macro API, I don't see why it wouldn't be possible with some amount of LUA.  Focusing targets isn't a protected function(or is it?).  Seems like it would be possible.  Maybe someone can shed some light on the topic.
