Merge is open to US residents, and it's the only site I believe.

Honestly I'd keep all my money off though.

@vexo can still play on cake as well. if you decide to play on cake I suggest the intertops skin, have been playing there since I'm unable to play on stars and its insanely fast cashouts (3 days via bankwire as opposed to 6-8 weeks via check for merge)

They just ruined bodog with the most recent update thats why I didn't list it, no more names on players just numbers assigned to what seat they are when they join the table this makes it harder for good players to use readers effectively and makes it easier for bots/collusion to go undetected

Tbh I kind of like that idea it's to stop HUD's like PTR which kind of ruin the game. It's pretty funny how many people abuse PTR on stars when I'm fairly certain it is against the ToS.
I'm always right.

Your best bet is playing on the poker rooms of sportsbook sites.
For example you can play poker from US on Bovada ( which is Bodog ). The downside of that is the tables are anonymous, so stuff like hm or pt4 goes  out the window.
I am not %100 sure but I heard from friends that you can also play on Merge network.
