But here is the quick story on how this all started.
It's sunday, and it's about 3-4pm, most of the WoW Players including myself are eating lunch at the restaurant.
Some admin from ESL or Blizzard comes up to the table and seems a bit desperate.
Asks the first table that he really needs someone to shoutcast the WoW arena semi-finals and finals.
After seeing that nobody felt like doing it, even tough he tried convincing them, I simply told him: "I'll do it", thinking it would be fun and a good experience.
He seemed quite happy, let's me finish my dish and guides me to the backstage.
5minutes later, I'm here sitting next to Soe, and the only thing they taught me is how to enter the arena.
This is why sometimes the camera angles were so weird, and I had to literally figure how to change different chars myself mid-game.
But it was fun nonetheless, shoutcasting is harder than you think, especially when you have a camera in front of you for the first time.
TL;DR: my commentating wasn't planned and I'm sorry if it wasn't as entertaining as you would have liked it to be, but I still hope you enjoyed the games
PS: don't hate on Soe, she did decent for the little amount she knows about arenas ^^
