^lol at the better damage than warriors thing

It isn't as high as warrior no, though ferals often crit for absurd amounts.
Doing arena yday & I got hit by a 29k ravage? (whatever the first dmging ability of out stealth is, it did 29k on me) & a 38k ferocious bite.
My mage is sitting on 3.5k resil.

Now I dno if this is just the class in general, or if it's something specific (unheeded warning?) that causes these figures to appear like mastery does for mages, but it's just retarded & should be adressed.

And I think Predatory strikes itself would be fine if it had some sort of internal cooldown. Not to big (since there are still ways to avoid it in extremis), but not neglibly small either (since it's still an instant CC, which is hard to prevent (even if it is preventable) in the end).

having to juke the interupts makes it near impossible to follow up any cc your partner puts out

plse no.

Or, if it has to be removed, there are a lot of different broken instant CCs, in list, standing in front of PS - Cyclone.

I just love how no1 rly cared about Feral cyclone instant casting till our dmg got buffed.
Same way, as no1 bothered about frost dks, till 4.1.

People did moan about it pre-damage buff, although it wasnt THAT big of a problem. However now that you have extremely high damage, you cannot keep the amount of control and general utility that ferals have, it's just a joke.

Chill guys, ppl dont like competition, if they feel danger for their precious wizard cleaves, they will put professor glasses on and start suggesting nerfs towards the classes, they have problems with.

While we're at it, i've a question regarding ferals and DK's.

obviously the melee class weakness is getting kited, why is it that some classes are giving abilities to deal high damage (frost dk's/feral bleeds) even while getting kited?

it's really frustrating to kite the enemy DK/feral, just to still die, simply because of thier ranged damage/bleeds.

but, good post OP - couldn't agree more, while they're on it, fix warrior damage on cloth and during cd's please, it's still too retarded.

I see tons of ferals say how it's only getting complained about because we have good damage now (complaints starting in s9)

If there's no ferals (s8) there's obviously no1 going to complain about it - and even if there would have been more ferals, back in s8 our combo point generation was way slower due to lower crit (resi), no improved TF and no free CP from cat charge / ravage. Resulting in a LOT less cyclones.

Playing rogue/druid in 2s (resto)

Ok so it's not an amazing set-up, but you can completely outplay healer/feral and still just die, pathetic spec atm

Unheeded warning is what is broken about feral and rogue damage. Tested Mônster's damage in a duel with the proc and without the proc and his crits are around 3.5k-4k more with unheeded proc.

Ferals are not at all the most broken things in the game right now, but SOMEBODY has to start sacrificing things for the game to get any better. So this is an attempt at that. I've played feral since BC, when it was one of the worst specs in the game, and I'd play the spec that it was back then over what it (and the game in general) is now any day.

You understand that a lot of other classes (Mages/Warlocks/Rogues/Shamans) think that they're completely fine and are unwilling to sacrifice ANYTHING.

Tell that to http://us.battle.net...2/GETTIN DRNKS/

Rogue/rDruid is the best counter to ANY Feral/Healer team.

this post should probably have been in the general section. I liked your rant about resilience not working on crit damage. The healing output seems quite ridic as well, especially with talents which gives + healing, such as demonarmor etc...

I enjoyed WOTLK a lot, the general public was whining about the FOTM shit like we always will - and we thought tuning stuff back to TBC pace would make things better, but it only made it worse because terrible mechanics are still in the game. Thats the only reason to why warlock/mages etc are forever strong, purely because of their awesome mechanics compared to an ele shaman for instance - which consist of gimmerick tricks (such as high dmg)

to sum up my post: it's an arms race, casters and melees are gathering up guns - and it's all just a bloody mess. "inb4 new x-pac"
