Even if there was some technical legal claim (which there isn't), no law firm out there would ever take a case like that on contingency.  You'd have to fund the cost of litigation up front (which no one's parents would pay), and it would have to be in federal court under a contract claim so pain and suffering and punitive damages are off the table.  

Even if you found some Orly Taitz type dumbass attorney to do it, you'd probably just get sanctioned for bringing a frivolous suit, be out the filing fee, the initial attorney fees, and have to split the sanctions.

Who the hell would sue blizzard for resetting a team that they know they broke the CoC with?

I'm pretty sure he was talking about blizzard filing against the big selling sites.

What?  I was responding to people who were saying "here come the lawsuits" and pointing out that that's ridiculous and that there won't be any lawsuits... are you actually reading any of the posts?
