yeah they can, if the games are random and cheese. but the game was purely macro oriented. whether or not people rate him as one of the best zergs is irrelevant. no zerg apart from nestea can match his macro and on a good day he plays really solid games.

probably because they play a really aggressive style and he's the type of player to lose to that shit, i don't rate a lot of koreans that people think are good. like july zerg for instance.

^ clearly white

I've seen idra get demolished on his stream in long macro games to complete no names

everyone on ladder has a 60% win rate, and 40% loss rate and don't come and tell me the majority of those losses are from cheese

^ clearly korean wannabe.

that is all. it's pointless to argue with a dumbass like you because your stereotype is like a massive fog.

i dont know why people get this idea on videos games that beating someone once or twice makes the person a lot better than the person who lost

not to mention that idra probably has losing ratios to all the people he gives replays of to artosis, nothing against him its just reality

its like this in wow even more so, you can go like 6-1 vs someone and because of the 1 loss they think they're hot shit

What if you don't beat them, are they better, or are you?

What if you don't beat them, are they better, or are you?

you can't determine accurately how good someone is from a minuscule amount of games, regardless of what game it is

im not saying it's easy to hold off, but getting a third, a spire and a hydra den when mc is walking towards his base isnt the smartest thing

of course that's a randomly made up statistic, but the overwhelming majority of people that play sc2 dont lose because of some imbalance, there are always glaring mistakes in each and every game

he was preparing for colossus, thats about the timing around where they start coming out and a lot of the koreans like Ace have been doing 1-2 colossus timings vs zerg (ace vs moonglade), but MC just abused FFs, not once did he make a colossus, just sort of massed stalkers and kept pressure up

the mc hate is so lame, i watched the only 20 minutes of "state of the game" i have ever watched and it was incontrol and tyler hating on mc in the worst way. the north american scene is fucking terrible

mc is really good, anyone who watches his play and only sees balance issues is looking for reasons to qq

i would think at least wow players would understand his train of thought in the gsl finals. wow was a game all about capitalizing on opponents mistakes and capitalizing on your comps strengths in timing windows. july was saccing the strength of his early game to get fast hydras and mc responded perfectly by shitting all over him

wow was also a game all about ignoring good play and blaming every goddamn loss on balance issues so i guess i could expect that here
