Death Knights

    * Death knight Ghouls under the effects of Dark Transformation can no longer cast Gnaw while it's on cooldown.

Hunters

    * Aimed Shot damage has been decreased to approximately 160% weapon damage (at level 80+), down from 200%.
    * Aspect of the Hawk now provides around an additional 2000 attack power at level 85.

Paladins

    * Light of Dawn no longer heals targets outside the paladin's party or raid. It correctly heals up to 5 targets in the paladin's raid.

Priests

    * Body and Soul no longer reduces the mana cost of Power Word: Shield (the hotfix made on February 16 to provide this additional benefit has been reverted).
    * Rapture now returns 2/5/7% of maximum mana when Power Word: Shield is consumed, up from 2/4/6%.

Warlocks

    * Instant-cast Shadowbolts from Shadow Trance (both the talent and Glyph of Corruption versions) should no longer consume charges of Backdraft if both procs are available. Shadow Trance will always take priority and be consumed first when Backdraft is active. Subsequent Shadowbolts will consume Backdraft stacks.

Warriors

    * Two-Handed Weapon Specialization (Arms passive) now gives 20% bonus damage with two-handed weapons, up from 10%.

I don't like the warrior damage buff. That is not what warriors need.

^uh?

Good to see the reduced aimed shot damage. Had a hunter in my guild doing 26k dps on a dummy with 44% being aimed shot.

Hilarious change for PvE obviously, but yeah wrong change for PvP clearly. They claimed to be adding utility to warriors, that's what I'm looking forward to and will shape my decision on how much I play my warrior.

I will have absolutely no problem getting gladiator in 3V3. I just want a gladiator-like title in 2V2 so the bracket is more active and competitive.

"We'll be adding more utility."

10% damage buff.

Warrior survivability is overpowered entirely due to self-healing, though. That can only be changed by nerfing Blood Craze and Second Wind.

They said more utility and damage, but I guess it wouldn't be as fun or easy to ridicule the developers if we took their comments in full context.

Yeah, and the damage wasn't needed in the first place, but then again, it wouldn't be any fun if Blizzard actually added or buffed what was actually needed.

Why don't they just hotfix charge stun DR, there is literally no reason for it to be on the same DR as everything else

ferals have disappeared from arena a bit too(well they never really existed in the high ratings) so how about we buff their damage too! that obviously is the problem with ferals!  B)

You can't hotfix in utility most of the time, you have to wait for a patch.  They seem to be doing hotfixes whenever possible and then changing what's leftover at patch time.

Obvious pve change though, hopefully warriors stay in line when they add whatever they feel like buffing come next patch!

They said hotfix for a bit more damage and future patch for more utility. If you read that blue post on the warrior topic you can clearly see that this was their intend...

Pretty much this.

Blizzard stated that they had a problem with fury warrior 31-pt talents because single-minded fury was giving a lot more DPS than Titan's fury. Thus, it was buffed. Blizzard also stated that they wanted to increase warrior utility, and said that said utility would not be coming until the next major content patch.

More warrior damage buffs? A little part of me actually died inside after seeing this...

But seriously. Yes, cyclone needs to be dispellable (DEFINITELY the feral cyclone, that's for damn sure). That doesn't mean druids wouldn't be compensated elsewhere, which is what I hope druids defending undispellable cyclones understand. Making cyclone dispellable would definitely make the game more balanced.
