Reason why taking imp. stun instead of longer Freedom? Games rarely last long (if they do you most likely lost) and most teams at high ratings will spellsteal/purge the freedom off making it useless.
Optional; replace Cleansing Glyph with HoJ glyph.
Stat priorization: int>crit/haste>resi>spirit>rest , reason: games rarely last long and depending on your playstyle you really want those holy shocks to crit / get as many casts as possible with haste.
After lot more testing, this spec seems to be the winner:
Please note imp. HoJ glyph. Necessary to get most clever use of your HoJs (which often can lead into a kill). Stat prio pre4.2: int>haste>crit>resi>spirit>rest
After4.2: int>crit>haste>resi>mastery>spirit>rest (if you are playing meleecleaves)
