Decurse
This will decurse your mouseover target if you have one, if not it decurses yourself

/cast [target=mouseover,exists] Remove Curse
/cast [target=player] Remove Curse

"/cast [target=mouseover, exists] [] Remove Curse" will do the same

Add Ice barrier as another situational into major tbh, a tough choice between that and frost armor but not every healer can keep a tunneled Mage up and the barrier glyph certainly helps, at least until you can learn to avoid damage a little better. I'd also add warrior Mage priest (wmp) and Mage lock shaman (mls) to 3v3 viable comps, they're not just fotm comps, they work and are glad viable.

hope this was constructive!

Updated with some more insight to 4.2, I haven't updated the Racials part yet ( they have changed quite a bit.)

If you check when the post was made it was January when I created this thread, I've now updated it to be abit more according to the 4.2 patch with quite major changes to mages.
