I think that RPS will be super potent with smoke bomb zergs, rogue mobility/healing, SPriest endless mana ( yea I think at some point during s9 we'll get our gear to level where we won't oom EVER EVER with proper use of masochism ).

We'll have to see though if we're strong enough on our own to function without mages aids help.

But if it'll be stronger ? I have no idea, probably not, unless you have a really sick rogue who can pull off Neilyo shit ( where's Lionhearth when I need him :( )

i feel like it will be stronger?

rps last season kind of suffered against wizcleaves and it was hampered by swaps.

i think wizcleaves will be kind of alleviated by having two dispels and a dance rogue,

as well, a lot my team's strats involved me full dotting the rogue target then soloing down someone else. it worked but it would work unimaginably well with new dance and redirect. rps played this way was suprisingly good in s8 and it seems like its getting buffed huge in s9

i have high hopes!

Killing apparition procs Paladin's Crusade. El Oh El.

I can see Paladins judging apparitions to get not only 15% base mana, but to get a super Holy Light. Hopefully it gets fixed relatively soon.

Well, they can judge anything to get 15% base mana.

true. but the 300% extra healing on holy light pretty much just means that no matter how low you have someone, if you have an apparation proc, he'll go back to full in 1 cast no matter what.

Some cool things I found:

Masochism usually does not restore mana if you Shadow Word: Death immediately after a cast.

Mind Blast doesn't have any push back resistance.

Spells can be resisted even at hit cap.

I'm hit capped and pen capped, I think both when I think hit cap.

pen also has nothing to do with resisting anymore, since the entire resistance stat got changed to provide damage reduction for the respective school rather than a chance to miss.
