I've been looking for a list of AoE spells in which PWS protects a rogue from being brought out of stealth, as some AoEs have brought my rogue out, and some haven't. Anyone have a list? Greatly appreciated.

anything on the ground won't break them out (set it and forget it).

well reign of fire and/or blizzard got my rogue out with a bubble. Or could it have been something else on a MLD?

conc/death and decay/flamestrike are basically the things to ignore if you're shielded. things put on the ground once.

Just tested it, put a PWS on rogue, and blizzard from mage in a duel. And he got pulled out

Initial drop on consecration pulls rogues out, the rest of the spell doesn't. Other then that, similar spells like flamestrike (already on the floor) DnD etc work the same. Channeled spells like blizzard break stealth.

Not for blizzard at least. Tried PWS -> duel Blizzard
and did it in nagrand arnea.

In both cases (blizzarding ON the rogue, then rogue running through), he got pulled out both times

But i remember seeing it in an MLG were the rogues would run right through blizzard in RMP mirrors without breaking stealth

you have about a half second where you can get an opener off while inside it. it also takes a full second before the blizzard does its first tick.

Because they got lucky on the timing in-between the ticks of blizzard. If you walk into a blizzard, (with scrolling combat text on) you'll notice <Blizzard> pop up meaning you're inside a blizzard. But that doesn't mean you're taking damage from it thus you remain in stealth.

(Don't run through a blizzard in arenas hoping to get lucky lol)

I thought with PWS, the initial cast of any aoe spell would get them out. But if they run through it after its been channeled, it won't.

You will not get Gladiator, if you do I promise to never post on any WoW related forums ever again.
