I have no idea, it's not mine. I seem to remember the guy saying it was expensive though, so probably.

Someone asked for non-flexing (other than abs), post working, carb depleted, first comp 10 weeks out, sorry for the shitty ass lighting, going to do a photoshoot with a buddy of mine in the next few weeks, makes a huge difference.

I call this pose the "cheeky kunt" pose because every scrawny nerd does it and flexes the shit out of their chest and traps to look big in avatars.

Peaked at 182-185, currently down to 174, aiming for 160-165 for competition.

That picture doesn't do my physique justice at all, my arm looks like a blob, with better lighting you can see a crap ton of striations in my forearm, biceps, and shoulder; but someone wanted to see non-flexing though, don't remember who.

I started in Nov 2009. For the first year or so I didn't really know what I was doing or the importance of dieting. For the last year I've rarely ever eaten anything other than my strict diet. I haven't had alcohol in years, and fast food, or any eating out is completely out of the question. It just requires dedication; I see people who have been working out for 3-4 years and have worse to show for it because of their horrible diet; or guys on steroids who I lift more and am bigger than because of their dieting.

Working out is only a portion of your progress, getting enough rest and eating properly are way more important.

No one hates their own body more than an amateur body builder

Yet.... with the right lighting.... they love themselves to the point of incomprehensible delusion.... in the right lighting... where their arms don't look like 'amorphous blobs'... and their 'striations' peak like their incredible hard physique.... chisled and warm like a fresh marble statue.... still hot to the touch from friction and rubbing.... up and down its smooth marbled skin and cleft features..... not to mention the jutting cleft lip.... I mean chin.....

Dude you ever like, get stuck in traffic on the way home from the gym when you're like houndin' for your post protein workout shake and you know if you don't make it home in like 30 minutes your muscles won't receive all the necessary protein so you just like bust out your fat cock in traffic and shoot off a load to eat?

What happens if you wanna take someone out, or your friends want to go out for dinner or anything like that? I mean no alcohol you can get by pretty easily in terms of social situations, but the food one seems awfully restrictive.

You can be eating out once(even twice if it aint fast food) a week and still get the same results. A cheat meal once  a week(or 2 weeks) can be actually helpful to boost ur metabolism and help you burn fat even faster(except if you're carb cycling, u don't need cheat meals then).
Why Mr. Anderson WHY WHY DO YOU PERSIST

Priorities.
Such ranks of worship millions strong
Yet the chalice was poisoned
With mere servants standing strong
Witnessing the death of God

I suppose that's not too bad, guess I was thrown off by "completely out of the question."
