So, been playing this awesome new game abit (totally love it) but ive started to wonder about how exactly Grades and Levels work. So far you gain "level" when winning matches - but i have yet to figure out how exactly u get higher grade.

So anyone knows what triggers Grades?

You can get Levels by losing (albeit slowly). Grades are based on wins and how often you win.
Also read that you have different grades for Custom, Solo and Team, but it only displays your highest one. I read this on forums though so not sure if its official.

your level pretty much indicates how many games you've played. your grade is a more accurate reflection of your 'skill'

if someone is like lvl 25, but only grade 2 or 3, you know they don't win very much

Aight, that was pretty much as i assumed then. My only question now tho is, what FACTOR influence your grade gain? Is it TPS, is it win/loss ratio or what is it, anyone knows? :S

grade is based on rating. the requirement for f.e. grade 8 is different in solo rated (got it at 1550), team rated and custom games. there is rating for custom games altho its not displayed. afaik you can get up to grade 9 in custom games. first time you queue into solo career your hidden matchmaking rating is calculated based on your rating from custom games.
