Well that's irritating...

Difference between 0 and 10% is still very noticeable then.

Official Blizzard Quote:

Even the amount that PVP can alter the PVE game in WoW is unacceptable to us. Whenever we run into a case of 'this would be really awesome for PVE' but then the PVP guy says 'that kind of screws us in PVP' the answer is always 'SHUT UP PVP GUY, it's awesome in PVE so that's what we're doing!'

Yes, this is due to how the game rounds numbers down (I would assume).

The 10% stun reduction meta is pretty godly if you do not already have talents that has the same effect.

I use it on my rogue, and it cuts off an entire second on long stuns.

A 6 second kidneyshot becomes a 5 sec kidneyshot with the meta
A 5 second deepfreeze becomes 4 seconds
A 4 sec cheapshot is reduced to 3

You can test this out yourself if you want, it's a small secret that makes this metagem extremely valuable if you dont have other stun reductions.

I realized this back in Season 6 when I played Rogue/Mage in 2s. We would meet this particular mirror at about 2600 rating where the rogue always managed to somehow slip away with like 2% HP after surviving a full stunlock. We couldn't figure out why he didn't die, but then we noticed that stuns on him were a lot shorter than normal. Browsing his armory revealed the secret of the stun meta, and everyone lived happily ever after.

But no really, priests already have Unbreakable Will, and that somehow doesn't stack very well with the Meta. Thus the 10% stun reduction is almost worthless, unless you are like a rogue/druid/warlock/shaman in which case it's pretty damn good.

debuffs dont show fractions of seconds so its not a full second you just cant see 0.32s or whatever

The number on my debuff frame has nothing to do with it, the actual stun time is still reduced by 1 full second. You can go test it in game right now.

I really want to see this in a game - warlock vs prot warrior team,

Warlock chaosbolt --> prot warriors teammate, -> port war uses spell reflect -> reflects chaosbolt back to warlock--> meta gem procs, --> sends chaosbolt to prot war, warrior dies - oh wait metagem sends chaosbolt back to warlock - and warlock dies!

due to game mechanics, a spell can only be reflected once.

this was often tested when shadow reflectors were widely used.

the tooltip on that isnt accurate. I remember thinking the same thing as that awhile back and considering it but found it to be wrong.

yeah on this topic, you can definitely only reflect once, my mage and warrior friend tried to double reflect pyro for like 20+ times using fireward specced molten shields and spell reflect it it didnt work once, from that i'd go as far to say it isnt possible.

Yeah, it's been stated multiple times in various threads on loads of forums that it is 10% on both of them.

I use the +25spellpower/minor speed meta

and then I use +12crit/+12hit on boots and that + the hit enchant on gloves and maybe 1~~2 hit gems allow me to not worry about getting any other hit piece other than the ashen verdict ring, which lets me go for fully haste or whatever I want:
http://www.wowarmory...'Thuzad&cn=Nuba

remember you can always switch the pvp legs or chest for either woven death or meteors chasers for even more haste
