This is a simple FAQ Thread for those who keep asking the same things over and over (of course!). By making this thread, I will accomplish saving people some of their time and frequent posters their time also.
If I leave out anything or you feel like my answer is incorrect -- by all means post your answer and I will gladly edit mine out.

Q. Dark Simulacrum. What?
A. Dark Simulacrum is a new DK Ability we obtain at 85. It copies the next spell (casted with mana only) the target casts and given to you (1x charge). For a list of spells you can copy, check this thread out.
Q. Necrotic Strike, does it stack?
A. Yes, it can stack multiple times, even by multiple DK's.
Q. Reforging! What do I do as Frost/Unholy?
A. As Frost, you reforge to Mastery. Frost's mastery increases all frost damage done. (frost fever, frost strike, howling blast, icy touch). However, as frost if you glyph Howling blast you can safely remove icy touch off your bars as this spell is completely unneeded anymore as long as you use the glyph.
Just try not to break CC 
As Unholy, you reforge to Haste. Haste as of 4.0 reduces/lowers the cooldown of your runes. Also increases your pets focus regen/attack speed too, which is great considering how amazing your pet is now.
Q. Spell penetration. Why is it needed?
A. As of 4.0, resistances have been changed the way they work. They now reduce a set amount of damage from that school instead of resisting (particially or fully) a spell. It is still ideal you get 195 @ level 85 to not have your damage reduced.
Q. Corpse Explosion.
A. As of 4.0, this ability no longer exists. Sad face. It will be greatly missed.
Q. Which presence do I play in?
A. You play in Unholy presence. Haste is a very good stat for DK's now, along with the gcd reduction and run speed and you shouldn't have any need to be in frost presence. If you are focused, and then of course go Blood presence to help reduce damage.
Q. Unholy blight. Why does it sometimes not work?
A. This is a problem with Absorbs. If your full deathcoil gets absorbed and deals no damage, your unholy blight will not proc. Try breaking shields beforehand.
Q. Best race? Which race is best for pvp?
A. This is also a very common question. Over the last 15 threads, it has been concluded that Blood elf as Horde and Human as Alliance are the most preferred/opinionated as the best dk races for Horde and Alliance. (Especially with the Revert to EMFH back to 2min cooldown)
- This does not mean you should always pick these! You should pick the race that you enjoy most. Every race still has plenty to offer. If you want a stun that effects rogues and warriors also instead of just a silence go Tauren, or if you want to escape snares or remove bleeds/poisons/diseases then go gnome/dwarf.
Q. Mind freeze. Why does it never work/is there a delay on it?
A. This is a known problem in the DK community. There is a travel time or delay on mind freeze. Having very low latency you won't notice this. I play with 150 latency, however I use leatrix' latency fix along with SnowfallKeyPress to help with latency and they seem to work wonderful together.
Q. What professions do most dk use?
A. For pvp, most dk's I have seen (including myself) use Engineering and Jewelcrafting. Jewelcrafting for the better gems, and engineering for the glove bonus, rocket boots, paracloak, head enchant and more in cata. The Engineer enchants as of 4.0 stack with normal enchants.
Q. How do I determine when to use Scourge Strike or Necrotic Strike? Which is better?
A. This is a very, very tough question. With necrotic strike being affected by resil in the upcoming 4.0.6 patch, you should still use it on plate always. However, against cloth it is a toss up between going for the kill with Scourge or stopping any incoming heals with Necrotic.
Update: Necrotic strike will now proc Desecration. You will use Necrotic most if not all the time unless the target cannot heal.
