Elemental one is lame really

Resto, well, sound lovely. The damage reduction seems nice, but I doubt it's going to solve much with melee anyway, as we need to fakecast/run away in GW to get anything off.
The mana reduc+heal increase just sounds, wow :o

Hmm? Only way you'd have it from overload was having those mastery shit which I believe was from PvE or am I completely wrong?

Curious if any enhance shamans are actually going to pick up the speed talent with freedomwolf and it only being 6% faster than the boot enchant

It will likely be a place holder in the lower tiers that will be worth picking up, possibly in the t1 so enh has a choice between 15% speed and 6% int for PvP.

gotta love getting 15% speed for 3 talents when everyone else gets it for 2 and has another bonus along with it. hopefully that gets changed. they need to drop anticipation and add disarm reduction to ancestral swiftness.

Hm the Ancestral Resolve Talent sounds strange. We only get the Reduction for the time we are casting? If a Shaman gets focused and has to cast any other class will try to stop that cast anyway so where is the huge benefit beside tanking Ferals and Rets?

Restoration still lacks a true oh-shit button. Instead we're now rewarded for not fake casting...

Enhancement gets more overall damage instead of burst damage and a higher totem health pool. Honestly seems like changes that should have been available to Elemental as well...

Elemental just scares the living fuck out of me. Conceptualizing a LvB + LO + EM LvB (FS reset the cooldown) + LO = 3 lava bursts hitting someone in about a global (two from casts, two doing half damage).

Even with buffed health pools, if the damage is anything like it is now we can see 8k LvB x 3.

Yeah. That scares the shit out of me.

Also earthquake seems to be the shaman's version of DnD terrify, that knock back's going to draw issues.

seems like i have to run enhance in cata
resto gets nothing new..
being rewarded for NOT fakecasting. i mean i have to cast to get that -10% damage, with an overpowering warrior on me
or any class thats cappable of interrupting

only enhance gets the 9% maxhealth for totems talents.. sucks for resto, dont mind elemental not having it.

Well even thought everyone needs the 9% totem hp, its still enhance who are in need for it the most. Theoretically.
They are the ones actually in melee range to the targets. Eles and restos on the other hand can place their totems further away from the shaman and doesnt have to risk that the priest/warlock just stomps your tremor with their staff.

Oh well, you know what I mean.


On a different note it seems like enhancement will do most of their dmg as spelldmg XD

enhancement shamans deserve nerfs if anything, not buffs

you do more damage than that BM hunter buddy of yours, while being unkillable for any caster team you come up on.
