killing pets in duels is lame (you wouldnt win by killing 2 pets on any arena purely cuz i can resummon almost any time, maybe in rov!)
cold snap in duels is lame too imo, as you'd almost never have it up in a 1v1 in arena, but ye depends how serious yout ake your duels.
How is killing pets lame? As for the arena argument, ina 1v1 with a mage in arena if I let him kill my pet twice (or just the once if I've used fel dom already) I'm done... I can cc him for a max of 5sec and have no interrupt now. I can't snare him, or kite him. He can snare me, blink to me behind any pillar/pursue my port and he can kite me, CC me for full duration and interrupt. Killing pets is a very, very good thing to do if you're vs a lock that doesn't know how to protect it (and himself) properly.
As for the cooldowns, if you're getting beaten by an equally skilled opponent 1v1 without using cooldowns, clearly you are at a disadvantage and so should use Cold Snap to make things a little fairer. On my lock if I'm dueling a dk I'll create a hs (the duel is naturally in the dks favour) - if I'm against an elemental shaman, I won't.
I would imagine a hunter using readiness vs a mage would be one example of 'lame' cooldown abuse - mages Cold Snapping vs a competent aff lock is not xoxoxoxoxox
@Trig - You love it. Can't unload dmg and cooldowns if you know Spell Lock could be used at any time!
