Was expected with the limited amount of time you got during a cc chain to kill something. Still need to test it out.

Warlock teams got way harder. As in: druid/lock and shaman/lock.

We faced inflame/nx like 5 times and like 3 games Nx lived on 500 hp and we couldn't finish it :(

Druid/lock same thing, can't finish it. It's already hard to get a situation where 1. spellock is on cooldown 2. druid doesn't have barkskin NOR trinket 3. warlock doesn't have trinket and is in a full poly and devour doesn't hit it.

warriors can win games by mashing ms and hamstring?

Why is there a questionmark?

Difference is you can get away from 2 melee with decent peels. PRIESTS ON THE OTHER HAND, 0 mobility

I like to think of it as if you were an actual 80 year old priest IRL getting mugged in an alleyway, you cant get away. You can only pray you live or get help and try to scare them with loud screams.

People saying its not a big deal are pretty naive. Most mage priests that aren't soaked with PvE gear were squeezing out kills just before the end of their CC chains. I can only imagine adding a few more seconds of survivability to an already limited time-frame will make it impossible to kill anything on a good team.

That doesn't go without saying that mage/priest will probably be one of the comps that everyone gets upset over since nothing will ever die. Priest damage is over the top, and frost mage damage is very shitty if compared to level 70(mage with shifting sliver as only pve gear could shatter for 40-45% of a healthbar). I don't see frost mage damage being buffed until RMP really falls off the face of the earth. I think RMP will still be a viable comp, its just that the resilience change will force RMPs to have precise CC chains with no error in order to squeeze out kills against good teams.

It's not just the resilience change, but also the fact that almost everyone is wearing the new resil trinket instead of the WG one. I played a couple games of it and we went up against a shaman/lock, and the shaman was wearing ~1400 resil. It really is near impossible to kill shamans/druids/priests with current gear. My frostbolts are barely hitting priests for more than they did at lvl 70 right now... More PvE gear inc.

ya was playing at 2.2k mmr today and went 13-5. Comp is still doing fairly well, it just isn't as strong.

Shaman/Warlock is very tough, yet to beat the comp.

Same applies to anything FERAL + heals.

The only thing this comp got worse against is lock/healer. And it was already weak vs those comps. It just makes beating it incredibly hard to impossible instead of incredibly hard.

:/

Feral/healer seems okay, only played priest/feral and won but have to add we played penelop/shael which pretty much held rank 2 spot in 2s entire last season/season before iirc?

don't you play arcane? it's only natural for that spec to not be as effective in 2v2 for priest/mage

Been playing it a bit as arcane. Seems fine, lock teams are tough but sometimes you can pull a win out. Haven't fought any good druid/dk's yet so I can't comment on that.
