playing ele/aff/druid.  it seems even stronger than last season, especially since the increase in warrior and hunter teams with the resilience change.  not to mention it completely annhilated prot teams.

anyone else have experience with their spellcleaves having increased success?

only thing i've noticed is that RMP does seem a bit harder due to the absorbs being relatively better than heals from the priest.

I'm assuming you're implying other spellcleaves are not strong? Otherwise I don't understand your response at all.

edit: didnt want to be retarded or anything, just thought some people could think double lock works now

Yeah, I'll probably be trying some ele/afflic/priest sometime this week, excited to see how it turns out.

I agree, MLS is still just as strong, based on the first night of queues atleast.

I haven't tried affliction this season, but destruction works very well. Shadowfury is amazing for peels and destruction's lower ramp up time allows me to swap faster.

playing spriest / aff / pala with a newly dinged but v experienced pala, priest in disc gear and me back after 3 seasons absence, going extremely well, we do ridiculous damage and the majority of our losses are predominantly due to gear :O

On a more serious note, i'm pretty sure a shadowpriest would be better with mage/druid than a ua lock.  A third spammable cc seems like overkill in that department.. the off/def dispels could probably contribute a lot more, and the spriest burst is probably better than multidotting with emergency sheeps just removing them.

My team tried affliction for like 30 games, we destroyed some comps but the more cookie cutter ones just laughed at us.

Destro now and it is MUCH easier. Shadowfury peeling power is unmatchable and I think you're just gimping yourself without it as MLS. The comp is still very strong as the post states :P

This is around 2450-2500 MMR.

I'm assuming destro/mage/x comps will require a much larger focus on cc chaining now as opposed to killing something in one second, although I'm sure you can still make that happen
