can anyone on us realms say how much spell pene each new item gives?

pretty sure the offhand was 73 or 76.  cant quite remember though.  definitely mid 70s.  il check in a few minutes.

It's 43 spellpen on the wand and 79 on the offhand.

I'll probably go with 43 (wand) + 35 (cloak enchant) + 43 (jc gem)+ 12 sp/10 gem = 131 spellpen.

people going with haste or spell pen enchant on cloak?

always spell pene on cloak. The haste enchant is underbudgeted compared to that.

can also go with haste on cloak and spell pene oh + 4x purple gem wich is exactly 130 spell pene. (put 4th socket in shoulders because bonus is crap)

or just ignore bonuses and go oh + pene cloak and 2x purple wich is 139.

You're better off getting the haste elsewhere :x

i know, but the thing is you need overcap on pene else to so the haste enchant isn't that much underbudgeted . would be 23 haste vs 26 pene.. unless you are gonna use some other combination but then you lose alot of socket bonusses or spellpower

Once I get the wrathful spell penetration wand I'll be sitting at 130 spell penetration without any JC gems and with all my socket bonuses, those I could be bothered with anyway.

was wondering why no one gemmed raw spellpen gems in blue slots
u can get 'capped' with 100 spellpen from 4 slots + cloak enchant
then u'll get haste offhand and wand and spellpen offhand and wand and swap it out for mages
that way you have 135 spellpen with haste stuff on and 237 (with relentless ones) and probably 250+ with wrathful pieces negating all of mages resistances

cause then you are over the cap by 5 and that's 5 wasted itemization points that could have been saved with better knowledge of available gems/enchants/gear

i rather end up 5 over the cap than 1-5 below the cap with oh/wand

4x sp/spell pene, wrathful spell pene wand and spell pene on cloak = 130

EDIT: I don't know what else to put in my blue sockets. SP/Stam seems like a waste.

you could ignore some socket bonusses and gem sp instead in blue slots:p
red gem in weapon is 23 sp instead of 18 if you'd gemmed a blue there instead.
