Prot warrior 2 piece set bonus is 20% damage to shockwave and shield slam. This is going to be s5-like overpowered.
Attempt to get it nerfed as soon as possible otherwise cloth classes are going to cry diamonds and rightfully so.

tldr, you'll see high shockwave crits if he uses full dps gear+2p t10 or you'll see high shield slams if he has 2p T10+ pretty much full SBV gear (Shield/chest/legs/helm/ring from top of my head
Anyone complaining about this is terrible, try getting more resilience and learn how to play by LOSing.

15 Rage Melee Range
Instant 20 sec cooldown
Sends a wave of force in front of the warrior, causing [0.25 * AP] damage and stunning all enemy targets within 10 yards in a frontal cone for 4 sec.
Not sure how the SBV discussion is relevant.

however, most just spam devastate and stun on cd. so large shield slam crits are not as needed.

A spec should reflect what it's talents reflect, a resto druid heals, a destro lock dps's, an arms warrior dps's, a disc priest heals etc. A prot warrior doesn't tank anyone in arena (lol focusing a prot warrior gl hf). Instead it has insane damage + survivability + some of the most retarded mechanics and interrupts in the game ( 6 sec pain supp every 10 seconds through intervene talents, charge + intercept + intervene out of roots, never leaving defensive stance etc)
Nvm give prot ms.

You should see the prot warrior who's rank 1 on ruin play. It's so stupid how he front pedal back pedals people to death.
