Intel Extreme Masters Group Stages

We've been watching the qualifiers here for the last 3 weeks and tonight (10pm-12pm CET / 4pm - 6pm EST) on ESL TV WoWverload, The Intel extreme masters move into the group stages for the European Qualifiers, 8 qualified teams from the TR Ladder join the 8 invited teams to make up the 4 groups of 4.

All games are best of 5 and each round will be played out as they may effect the later results of the group stage.

Each team will play one match each week on ESL TV's WoWverload. The first place team from each group will qualify directly to the European Championships Finals, 2nd and 3rd will have a relegation match, sending in total 8 teams to the European Finals yet to be announced. These teams will then look to make it to the Intel extreme masters world Championships held at Cebit, Germany in March next year. The total prize money for Intel Extreme Masters for Season 4 is $530,000!

Short story: The team that qualified disbanded. Jay 2GD promises me they will go into more detail tonight in the show, so make sure you tune in.
