Water ele glyph is a really smart idea, a pve change that will have no pvp consequences. I wish all of their pve changes were like this.

Why? Rogues arent that strong!

Taking top 100 total rating players doesn't make much sense since many top players don't play all three brackets simultaneously seriously. Looking at some more appropriate data shows that Mages are on the low side in the bracket that matters (3on3) while Rogues are doing quite well prior to the Vanish buff.

All i got from top 100 is that rogues are less likely to play all three brackets competitively

With cooldowns popped, I'd use FFB, instead of frostbolt, .7 cast vs .3 cast ,isn't gonna make a difference, and FFB hits harder.

Everyone underestimates how much damage the WE does. Every 2.5 seconds, its roughly 1700 damage, if you average in the crits. They also stated they want to work in haste and other stats to work with pets as well, which will make pets even stronger.

Its not that nice of a glyph for PvP, but if your sole goal is to pump out more damage, its definitely a nice option to throw out there, not to mention it opens up the possibility of using it as a way to bug out saps/keep healers in combat.

As for the frozen core change, I think its a pretty amazing buff considering its in the perfect spot in the tree to where points can be spent. There was always a little bump where you'd have to put points into frost warding/channeling or imp CoC to hit the next tier, makes people finally pick up the useless talent, and a pretty large buff in terms of dps. What I really like about the change is that it will allow mages to start stacking crit(getting non-frozen IL crits will be huge).

oki soo lets see if a frostbolt with 1.4 sec cast has a frostbite proc every 4 sec that means that a frostbolt with 0.8 sec cast will have a frostbite proc every 2.5 sec...
god save us from the horror that awaits us!

I've never seen my Water Elemental do 1700 damage in PvP, let alone average.
Most Mages are also already lacking points in their Frost specs, I don't know how you'd just have a spare three points considering all the strong lower tier talents. Personally I already need to go 2/3 Frostbite because I'm lacking points.

but paladins have been #1 in every bracket since wotlk
  • 0

your an idiot... use your strangulate to KILL AND ONLY KILL... as a paladin uses his wings... dont stragulate at 100% maybe you'll get that kill retard.... btw enh shaman... ROFL stuns/mind freeze/strangulate > wind shock and hex BY FAR... oh not to mention a grounding totem that doesnt disappear after one absorb (anti-magic shell)

you're obviously bad and completely lost at this game... and you think your good as a gladiator DK... may god have mercy on your soul
