Did he take not having an ARP trinket into account?

he said he tried every setup available to a warrior for pvp, so to me that sounds like yes, otherwise you're gonna have to ask him.

Something like 1-2k more life and 250+ more resilience?

If you don't have an arp trinket you are stuck with 2 options:

Either stack PvE gear combined with mace spec and you can pull off around 750 resil.

Or stack PvE gear even more with sword or axe and you will be well below 700 resil.

With strength you get to use full PvP gear wearing 900+ resil easy.

And I highly doubt socketing pvp gear with armor pen outperforms strength. With NO PvE gear you will be running what, 20-30% armor pen in battle stance? Hard to believe that will net you more damage than 5k unbuffed AP, maybe I'm wrong.

Ok, I am not sure where you're pulling these numbers from, but people have done the math. ArP outproduces STR in all cases, ALL cases. It's obvious you need more ArP to do MORE damage, but it is still better than str. BTW, if I chose to wear 850+ resil I have 55% passive ARP with mace, 24ish% crit in battle with 4k ap. Like people have said stop spreading misinformation. If you don't have PVE gear get a fucking mace and gem fucking ARP it's not that hard folks.

I never said it doesn't, you should try actually reading posts before you jump to conclusions and get angry. I said if you don't have an arp trinket you are pretty much forced into playing a boring weapon spec (maces) which I am not willing to do.

Just realized you were probably referring to where I mentioned gemming arp in PvP gear seems unlikely to outproduce strength. I clearly stated that I wasn't sure and may be wrong.

Only reason he said you gain more survivability is because if you gem strength then chances are you don't have PVE gear, meaning you're gonna be in full Relentless, also meaning that you have more resil than the average warrior stacking Arp, and once again meaning that it's not "bullshit". Some of you people gotta learn how to read.

Str sucks in 2s at least, teams with other Warriors are a really annoying and then I also play Shaman Warrior, so yeah.
Feels like they do twice my damage (which they probably do).

I believe popping reck while being nuked by mage rogue is better than going defensive

I think he's saying that arp warriors wearing 700 resil can't do this while PvP geared str warriors wearing 950+ can?

This is what I currently use, works pretty well. Was thinking of picking up a mace instead and gemming str because I would be able to hit the ArP soft cap, but I need the axe for pve arms as well, probably will try the mace set up later in the season.

I think he is mocking a warrior that posted here that maybe recklessness'd while being nuked by said comp since honestly no amount of resil saves you, if you recklessness vs dual dps lol
