Adrenaline Rush/Prep (0/33/28)

Though it's being nerfed, it's definitely not dead. The main benefit of this spec is the high mobility. Losing an AR might not drastically affect you, depending on your team.

To start off there are two real ways to spec AR/Prep. That is, with riposte or without riposte. Neither is better than the other, they are simply situational... it all depends on your team setups(whether you get focused or not).

Talent Description
Improved Gouge3/3Gouge is amazing in arenas. If Improved Gouge isn't useful for you, then you aren't gouging enough.
Improved Sinister Strike0/2Useless Talent.
Lightning Reflexes2/5Because you obviously don't need Improved Sinister Strike.
Improved Slice and Dice3/3Slice and Dice is a great finisher, and you should keep it up as much as possible in arenas.
Deflection0/55 points go here if you intend to take Riposte.
Precision5/5Increases your damage a GREAT deal.
Endurance2/2Optional. Even in a triple dps 3v3, some matches last a long time, and having an extra sprint can win you the match.
Riposte0/1Taking Riposte really depends on the setups you run. Do YOU typically get focused? If so, riposte is best for you. Personally, I barely get touched on my teams, so I don't take this talent.
Improved Sprint2/2Obvious mobility buff.
Improved Kick0/2Despite what a lot of people would like to believe, throwing a 2 second silence on to a 5 second interrupt is next to useless. You should just use your kicks to cancel casts for the 5 second interrupt... don't waste the CD on a 2 second silence.
Dagger Specialization0/5
Dual Wield Specialization5/5Increases your overall damage output a great deal.
Mace Specialization0/5If you are specced swords just switch these points to the Sword talent.
Blade Flurry1/1Awesome dps increase for bursting a target down.
Sword Specialization5/5I focus on my 3v3, and 3v3 with a Shadow Priest. Black out and Mace stun share Diminishing Returns, so I'm specced swords. Also, in double DPS setups and triple DPS, the extra DPS of sword spec can be more beneficial than the mace stun. If you are specced maces just switch these points to the Mace talent.
Fist Weapon Specialization0/5
Blade Twisting0/2
Weapon Expertise2/2This is actually a really underrated talent. You'd be dumb to not get weapon expertise as AR/Prep, because it's a 2.5% dps increase against casters, and a 5% dps increase against anything that can parry. That's a ton of dps increase from 2 talent points.
Aggression0/3
Vitality0/2
Adrenaline Rush1/1
Nerves of Steel2/2Nerves of Steel is almost always better than 4% AP. It's a 10% stun/fear resist, which is very, very good. A Must Have.

Subtlety (28)

Talent Description
Master of Deception5/5Not getting seen is obviously very important in arenas, so you can get your sap and opener.
Opportunity0/5
Sleight of Hand0/2
Dirty Tricks2/2This is awesome for obvious reasons.
Camouflage5/5I prefer 5 points here over getting Ghostly Strike or anything else. This is simply because speed and mobility are extremely important, and moving a little bit faster can make the difference between catching that priest on a mount and losing him (while stealthed).
Initiative3/3This really should be a 100% chance, but its not. Even still, it's still really useful for opening and getting an instant 3 point Slice and Dice going for poison application.
Ghostly Strike0/1
Improved Ambush0/3
Setup0/3Setup is bad. The only time you'd want setup is if you always get focused... but even then, it's still pretty bad.
Elusiveness2/2Decreased Blind cool down. Enough said. Must Have.
Serrated Blades3/3Prereq for Hemorrhage.
Heightened Senses1/2Need description from more experienced Rogue players.
Preparation1/1An Obvious Must Have.
Dirty Deeds2/2This is a huge DPS buff, especially in arenas, where a target is kept alive around 10%, and you can't quite finish him off.
Hemorrhage1/1As AR/Prep, hemo will always be better than Sinister Strike, under every circumstance.
Master of Subtlety0/3
Deadliness3/5You should be stacking AP, so deadliness is better than Malice point per point.
