Talent Specs

Standard Mutilate (41/20/0)

Need description from more experienced Rogue players.

Adrenaline Rush/Prep (0/33/28)

Though it's being nerfed, it's definitely not dead. The main benefit of this spec is the high mobility. Losing an AR might not drastically affect you, depending on your team.

To start off there are two real ways to spec AR/Prep. That is, with riposte or without riposte. Neither is better than the other, they are simply situational... it all depends on your team setups(whether you get focused or not).

Combat (12/42/7)

Combat has been THE spec since resilience destroyed our class. It has always been good, and probably always will be good until we can do GOOD burst again.

Imp Poisons/Combat (19/42/0)

Combat has been THE spec since resilience destroyed our class. It has always been good, and probably always will be good until we can do GOOD burst again.

Trispec Hybrid (11/26/24)

The point of this spec is to keep hemo, and all the sub talent goodies (Preparation, etc.), while still maintaining high DPS. What you lose is Adreneline Rush, and all of your burst with it. I specced this one swords, because taking 1/2 Weapon Expertise with 4/5 Sword Specialization is better than 0/2 Weapon Expertise and 5/5 Sword Specialization. That isn't a choice you have to make as maces (you're going for the stun, so you'd go 5/5 mace spec). You also get the 11 amazing DPS talents in the Assassination tree. Self explanatory.

Seal Fate/Hemorrhage (31/0/30)

The concept behind Seal Fate Hemo is the success of Mutilate. Mutilate is so successful mainly due to the powerful poison talents, but also due to controlled burst. Seal Fate Hemo offers these benefits, while using one handers instead of daggers. It also offers increased mobility, with Preperation. Saving up 110/120 energy before using kidney, then building up 5 points and using CB eviscerate during the kidney shot can deliver a surprising amount of burst.

You can really move quite a few of the points in SF/Hemo around a bit due to personal preference. Most importantly, you might want quick recovery.
