Standard Frost (2v2/3v3) (20/0/51) by Doublelift
This is the cookie cutter Frost Mage 3's spec, sacrifice 2 Chilled to the Bone for Imp Water Elemental to avoid running OOM during long fights. If you are running Mage/Priest, this is also recommended.
