This is the Dreamstate build. This specialization has some important talents which every Dreamstate Druid should get, the other are rather optional and can depend on your play style. The required talents will are proceeded with an (I).

Balance (34)

Talent Description
Starlight Wrath5/5(I) You will need this because you are going to use Wrath very often, in order to assist your Rogue in bursting, or killing a pet.
Nature's Grasp1/1(I) Very helpful talent, nothing else to mention.
Improved Nature's Grasp4/4It’s your choice, whether you set all points in or only 1-4.
Control of Nature3/3(I) Important independent from being dreamstate or standard spec.
Focused Starlight0/2
Improved Moonfire2/2Somewhat helpful talent, but more of a talent to close the talent gap.
Brambles0/3
Insect Swarm1/1 Another dot. Rather helpful since you always have the time to use one instant.
Nature's Reach2/2(I) VERY important talent. 20% more yards is a big deal. It means 24 yards for Cyclone, and the possibility to cast Wrath at targets who try to run away.
Vengeance0/5
Celestial Focus2/2 Helpful talent when facing Warlock teams. Close to no pushback when killing pets.
Lunar Guidance3/3(I) Talent you should get for the sake of your mind’s health.A good replacement for not having swiftmend.
Nature's Grace1/11 talent point for a cast time reduction of 0.5 seconds, which makes your Wrath a machine gun? Priceless!
Moonglow 3/39% less Mana cost on nearly every cast you use. I think it’s worth it, but if you like to be more offensive , don’t go for it.
Moonfury0/5
Balance of Power2/2If you always have trouble with Cyclone/Root/Wrath/etc being resisted, go for it. Its 2 points well spent.
Dreamstate3/3(I) This talent defines our spec, 10% mana-regeneration of your amount of INT especially while casting. Nothing more to say.
Moonkin Form1/1(I) Amazing when used properly, also good against Double DPS teams with Rogues. Also good against Warriors. I could continue for hours, but you should just get it an see for youself.

Restoration (27)

Talent Description
Improved Mark of the Wild0/5
Furor5/5Improved Mark of the Wild makes no sense in arenas. Furor gives you the chance of using cat/bear’s spells without waiting for rage/energy to tick.
Naturalist0/5
Nature's Focus2/5You shouldn't use Regrowth when being focussed. This is rather to close the talent gap. But still when facing pet teams cast pull back can be annoying.
Natural Shapeshifter3/330% less Mana costs when switching is definitely worth spending 3 points.
Intensity3/3(I) The first REALLY important talent. Does fit very well to Dreamstate talent. Makes your Mana regeneration even higher.
Subtlety5/5Somehow one of the best talents. 30% less Dispel means less HoTs taken away by Priests and fewer Innervates taken away from you.
Improved Rejuvenation3/315% bigger heals on each Rejuvenation tick. Nice
Nature's Swiftness1/1(I) Extremely nice. You better have one instant-heal!
Gift of Nature5/5(I) 10% more healing effect on every HoT? Important.
