Moonkin/Restoration (31/0/40) by Mooneternal
You have a couple talents you can change with preference, like Improved Regrowth instead of Improved Healing Touch. I like having strange specs, but you guys can see the point of it.
Basically, its DS with Swiftmend and Moonkin(to tank).
You gain a lot of +heal from the spec and lose little from other talents farther in Restoration tree.

| Great spec but I would take out the points in natural and master shapeshifter and put them into naturalist. I would also take two points out of emp. rej. and put then into emp. touch while using a healing touch glyph as i find that 1 second burst heal is really helpful for double dps teams in 2s. | |

| This is a good spec, and you take imp regrowth over imp HT + glyph is that you lose alot of healing from HT like that and your regrowth should be criting almost constantly and you get an extra glyph to boot. Also for this spec would you go into boomkin form when they start to go after you I'm guessing. | |

| So i just started playing my druid again, i was duelist in S4 as restokin i was wondering if restokin was equal to or better then feral/resto spec for 2s bracket i haven't got much gear yet for pvp so i can't really tell what do people think restokin vs feral/resto? | |

| Not so sure about that, the point of restokin is to be able to heal and help burst, moonkin form gives you that plus armor, tree of life doesn't, unless you take imp tree and a restokin doesn't get it. | |

| overall a decent spec. i ran something similar in s3 and beginning of s4 with an enhancement shaman. when i quit playing the game we had climbed to 1864 relatively quickly. and there was another shaman glad here on the forums running the comp at 2600 or so, i don't hear anything good about this comp this season however. enh shamans burst didn't scale as well as everyone else's so it's a less likely setup to run. the reason it can work though is because people have no clue what to do and if you're going against a full resto druid, most times you'll still out mana them. | |

| honestly ive been playing lock druid myself playing dream state 2/3 with insect swarm the lock is affiliction and im 27/00/44 so i get imp tree now that the armor got buffed (glyphed with swiftmend, rejuv, innervate)....(was using insect swarm glyph but that 3% hit reduction is very nice)) | |

| Healing gear you would use. You would not have as much burst but you would have a decent amount of damage to help out but still be able to heal. | |

| I think speccing emp.touch and glyph of ht is must have...esp in double dps teams... A 1.5 second cast time for a 6k min heal is op. As apposed to regrowth, a 2 second heal for about 4k min heal. Yes the hot is nice to have but a) it can be purged b)i can cast 4 ht for 24k in 6 seconds where you can cast 3 regr. for 12k in 6 sec. 1 step furthere from that... c)being a druid, chances are u will get focus fired in every arena.. so burst heals are a must have d)lastly since you will be kiting to stay alive you need a way to heal ur partner/partners as much as possible in the shortest amount of time possible, to get him up and keep running. | |
