Shaman/Warlock

VS.

Shaman/Warlock

This fight can be compared to the Paladin & Warlock strategy

How ever with small difference, Here you should never have pet on the Shaman due to Water shield. If you have pet on the shaman he gains mana every time the pets hits him

Hex in this fight i recommend using on the shaman since the shaman can remove it from the Warlock, however if you team has good timing you can try fearing the shaman and hexing the warlock at the same time.Still doesn't make much of a difference to the over all fight.Best is to save hex for nuke, get Warlock on low health, and hex the Shaman. After this both focus the Warlock and kill him before Shaman is able to heal.

If the Shaman has instant heal ready you can use pets silence just before hex is about to end for the extra 3 seconds that might be needed to finnish off the Warlock.

In this fight the fight depends a lot on what side can build up more pressure, making the healer use their mana, not allowing them to drink and keeping dots up on all targets.
Priority is to have Dots up on all targets all the time, this keeps their healer busy healing the team and now having much time to take a break and drink.

For CC you want to focus the enemy Warlock, use your pet silences, curse of tongues and fears on the Warlock mainly, this cuts out their damage and their crowd control. And the less crowd control from them the more time for you to deal damage and drain.

Also during the fight keep eyes on the enemy pets hp, if its going low you can try to pull it behind a pillar away from their healer and kill it.If you manage to kill the enemy pet 2 times your Shaman should stick on the warlock with your pet after this, not allowing him to cast long re-summon. While you stick on the Shaman.

This mirror match is all about pressure, hurt more, drain more and crowd control more.

  • Dots on all targets
  • Croud control the Warlock, you silences when hes casting fear, haunt or unstable affliction
  • Tremor totem near you
  • Mana drain Shaman.
