| Just wondering how you handle being stunlocked Limewire. Against rogue combo teams I always seem to miss important purges, shocks, and grounds because of "You cannot do that while stunned". Do you try and get the jump on the other team when facing Rouge combos (to maybe get purges off before cheapshot) or wait in your totem field (and not get purges off because of Cheapshot > KS)? | |

| There isn't really anything, ''Important to Purge.'' Besides Fel Armor, but that isn't that huge. The interrupts aren't usually that big of a deal on the warlock. With mace stun, Pummel, LoS, Pushback etc, usually my warrior will be able to get most interrupts. If he can't get a Fear or whatever the warlock is casting. He'll call it out, and by that time usually the Kidney Shot will have ended, and I'll be able to get it. Just make sure if the warlock puts atleast one dot on you to trinket the Kidney Shot, but if he doesn't trinket the Blind. | |

| Thanks Limewire - my comment about purge spamming was more directed at DPriest / rogue teams, against which I seem to be a complete noob. Particuarly if the Dpriest tries to lay into me during the opening volley. | |

| this team can be tricky, but if the rogue switches to gouge the warrior or gets off you at all.. spam remove poison, throw an earth bind and GTFO. you water totem gets overlooked alot of times... put down healing stream... it can make that difference. if you can get out of poisons 0/20/41 is a great spec making deadly throw last 2 seconds, make it hard for the rogue to catch up to you.if you can, flame shock and keep sering totem down on the rogue. let him vanish / reopen with stuns its just blowing his vanish so once the rogue is at about 505 from you the warrior can intercept / inervine back over and finish he rogue. save NS for ne of 3 things, NS HW on you. NS HW on the warrior. or NS chain lightning to finish something off thats running away. double dps teams are often a pain but keep neer your warrior but behind a pillar. THE BIGGEST THING I CAN SUGGEST HERE IS LEARN HOW TO TWIST TOTEMS!!! play on your CD for grounding. whe you have grounding put it down, as soon as it gets eaten... throw down WF. if you are taking a big beating from the rogue, have your warrior lock own the lock as far as fear goes and you can put down stoneskin for a bit. | |

| any suggestions if the rogue sticks on the warrior and the lock is then free to cast anything while using his pet to keep out totems. usually with this type of team the lock is very aggresive and dmgs both of us. whenever i try to intercept a fear or anything the rogue just has me in a stun. On top of that its just so hard for the shaman to keep both of us up with curse of tounges, spell lock, and possible fears. Its so easy for the rogue to stop a heal with curse on the shaman if the lock fails to stop a heal with spell lock/fear/death coil. The rogue just turns and kicks/gouge/blind(just to interupt). if the shaman tries to trinket anything early the rogue usually waits for dots to come offf then they start CC on shaman with blind. | |

| Have your shaman pop a stoneclaw so the pet gets stunned and then drop some, or hide totems. If the rogue is on you- shield up the whole game and with enrage you will be doing a decent amount of damage. Hit and interrupt the warlock as much as possible and make the rogue waste evasion, then dps whoever you want preferrably killing the warlock. | |

| Addition- you will definitely notice if the warlock is letting up on dotting your shaman, at this point your shaman has to call out the little time left on dots and you can intervene. You'll either catch the blind or if he's already blinded you will catch the vanish-sap and save your shaman 10 seconds. He doesn't need to trinket this and can save it for a game-breaking fear. When his dots are getting low he should also be trying to heal the warrior to full. | |

| we had some good luck vs this team by just bumrushing the warlock and popping Zerker Rage to prevent getting sap'd on the way in. AoE taunt the pet, sweeping strikes and go to town. taunting the pet can help to avoid spell-lock, and with a couple good crits it will easily die to sweeping strikes giving you that much more damage on the warlock. if the rogue opens on warrior, trinket the KS obviously. warlock should die to heroism'd warrior before the next KS is up. don't go kill-crazy and forget to pummel fears. | |

| My experience with this combo is very good, it's like a free win each time. Herosim at the start and take down the lock fast. if the rogue goes for shaman earth shield yourself and it will heal loads of the damage up. When rogue is on you, your warrior dont have any healing reduce on and it is quit easy to heal him up. Think we win 80% of the time against this. | |

| I dont kno what it is about this combo but ive lost every single time... We try to start the match and have the warrior charge in to avoid a sap if poss, im in GW. Then lock dots every thing, warrior gettn him down a bit and rogue opens on me KS and all, i save trinket. rogue switches to the warrior i begin to heal and hes 50% then i get blinded trinket it then feard then warrior dies idk maybe the warrior needs to throw his shield on or what im not sure. Some pointers would help. I keep tremor down but lock kills it b4 his fears. And i keep grounding down but hed just fear fear fear till he got me. | |

| Haaaaaaaaaaate fighting Shaman/Warrior setup as Warlock/Rogue. Poison Cleansing Totem, Tremor Totem, WF Totem, Grounding totem (sorta). These are all friggin annoying to go through, Warrior will be pounding on me with WF totem procs going off while staying at pretty high health because rogue is usually on the shaman. I always save dispell for Bloodlust/Heroism because earth shield can just be put back up in a second. | |

| If you're a human warrior you can use perception to find the rogue in stealth. If not, that's a disadvantage of course but you can still save your shaman very well. If you can time it right you can intervene the shaman absorbing the first cheap shot which allows your shaman do heal/run away. You should be near a LOS spot so you can avoid the warlocks first fear. If positioning allows you to hamstring the rogue without losing the warlock to CC the shaman, do so to give your shaman some breathing room. After that, just tunnelvision the warlock and you will be just fine if you interrupt the fears and if your shaman jukes some kicks/spell locks. | |

| I think this is a noob question, but i am new with arena. (My main language is spanish, so if my grammar makes no sense I apologize) Battle begins, warrior engage lock and at beginning i stay wolf form to try avoid sap, but as soon as I try to heal I get sapped. I was reading on the rogue/lock strats that good shaman first thing they will do to avoid sap is purge lock to as soon as he breaks ghost wolf he will get into combat and avoid sap, if I do same with BL(after lock“s pet have done devour magic offcourse)supposing I will do BL as my first ability to break wolf form, will i get to combat too? or is better to start with a purge off the lock to get in combat and avoid sap? Shaman getting in combat will prevent 100% getting sapped? | |

| vs rogue/warlock when the rogue tries to lock down the shaman while the warlock DPS's the warrior its real important to juke that rogues first kick, It can make or break the game. Try to toss out little heals and LOS the lock so CoT falls off, when COT falls off that is when you want to go all out on the healing (still watch for interrupts). This isn't a mana war make sure Earthshield is up almost all the time. By now the lock should be dead and thats the game, never lost a lock/rogue with this strat | |

| Not sure if i expressed how important it is not to get kicked last post, juke every single 1 that you can. Afflicted mod helps alot to keep track of that. Shaman should only trinket a kidney hot on him if he has a dot on him, other than that save it for a blind. Don't worry about getting feared because with a warrior on him with mace stuns, pushback and pummel it shouldn't be a problem, also you should be LOSing the lock so he cant cast anything on you in the first place | |
