Survival Hunter/Shaman

VS.

Holy Paladin/Warlock

This is an annoying team as if they are really good, everything will just be dropping low in health and the lock will know how to use his pillars, and the same goes for the paladin. Remember haunt is on 8 sec cool down, and with improved grounding totem you are only going down an amount of 11.5 seconds, but I'll still insist on ground the haunt, and shock the UA if possible as you will really feel the difference in damage if haunt gets in. Your only way of winning is getting them pressured enough from the start to have the upper hand, and KEEP IT.

Do you think I should set the warlock as my focus shock against any healer/warlock team because it seems whenever I set the healer as my shock target I constantly get feared out of range of the tremor I lay down before I get feared ;/. I always watch and see when his pet goes for my totem but it seems to not matter.

Yes, shaman need to set warlock as focus and shock/stop as much as possible. You can prevent and absolve MANY more fears if the warlock is your focus target too. I manually target the healer for shocks since i have a focus/shock macro. You also see when he targets your tremor so you can relay it, know a fear is coming, etc. If the lock is good with teleports and pillar humping it's extremely difficult.

Have only played hunter/druid. But we used to wait for them to split=fail. only a little opener and you can kill the pet. ALWAYS use vipersting on the WARLOCK! to force him lifetaping wich will keep the pala under pressure. Drink for just a sec if you can, its not a waste of water:P.

And remeber, you shouldent win against this combo:)

Assist your hunter in DPS'ing the pet, dead felhunter = no totem stomping.

Diableria is right, you know they are fail when you beat them. Any warlock/healer with half a brain can counter all hunter setups. Queue dodge is your friend.

We use to lose to this team 100% of the time above 2400. Last night we changed our strat vs lock/healer teams and actually farmed a pally/lock team. One word of advice is to play very offensive. Switch between lock/pet/pally. The paladin is a good target to go for if his bubble is down. He will try to los the hunter by running around the pillar. This will go in your favor most of the time because as you chase him you will also be los'ing the lock's fears.
