Rogue/Warlock

VS.

Rogue/Warlock

For your mirror match, get on the Warlock. Try to get on their Lock before they get on yours and assuming equal gear, that should give you the advantage. Undead have a huge advantage here. If you are Human, go for the Sap on the other Rogue.

This is going to be which rogue takes the other warlock first, or a CC match and the first one to waste the trinket loses.

The rogue on the warlock is certain death.. even noobie rogues are excited when they are up against a warlock.

Warlock: sorry your just outmatch now. if you have free time and the person is blinded, cast fear automatically.. with this lineup usually the trinkets are rushed to get to the other person for the first kill. Use this as your advantage to run and fear, run and fear... death coil, then fear.. dotting doestn' work if he can cloak of shadow your whole arsenal, sad. But ultimately your going down anyways!

How do you guys get a fear rotation in on these warriors? between the beserker rage and the death wish, i don't see how you can do it. We end up just CC'n the dru and focusing the war.

If the enemy is determined to rush down the warlock, rush down their rogue, tis a weakness of the strat. Rogues these days are all round easier to kill anyway, and locks can't do much dmg to each other at first either due to spellstone/spell resistance/spell lock/dispells and deathcoil. A rogue on the other hand has less hp (10k compared to 13k+) takes more spelldmg (despite clos) and melee even hits harder on him - evasion useless when stunned, or in a deathcoil... not to mention keeping rupture on the rogue removes his option to clos and vanish after rushing down your warlock, if they manage it (unlikely if you peel him like pros though ;D)
