Rogue's Perspective
Poorly coordinated teams will die easily. Really good teams will also be a cakewalk. The exceptional teams will be extremely tough.

The general tactic against this team is to stay on the Warlock, Expose Armor, Slice and Dice and interrupt Fears/Burns as best you can. The big problem here is the fact that once you use your Cloak of Shadows you are susceptible to having a Faerie Fire put on you along with Roots. You cannot use your Cloak of Shadows randomly to wipe DoTs against good teams. They will bait your Cloak with lots of DoTs and a Faerie Fire and an early Root. Don't be fooled, because if you are, they have a whole full minute where they can load you up with DoTs and a Faerie Fire, Root you and chain Cyclone your Shaman while they both pour damage onto you. During this nuke you are unable to avoid any of the damage and unable to Vanish because of the unremovable Faerie Fire. After the Cyclone period, they can load up a Fear on the Shaman usually if they time it well. Just remember, this isn't over if they try it once and fail. It's not cooldown based at all except for the Cloak of Shadows cooldown. A few general tips to avoid this burst damage are:
  • Avoid using your Cloak early. I can't stress this enough.
  • Time your Shadowstep so that you Shadowstep and end up behind the Warlock right before a Shadowbolt/Incinerate cast is over. You save a couple of precious seconds by doing this. The roots aren't removed but he has to start a new cast and move a couple of steps away from you.
  • Inform your Shaman via voice chat the second you get rooted with no outs so he can start preparing to escape the CC on him and renewing the Earth Shield charges on you.

Shaman's Perspective
Tremor Totem! You need to be quick with that totem, and then save your Grounding Totem/Earth Shock for the Cyclones/Roots. Communicate with your Rogue so he can Shadowstep back and instantly kill the pet if its health drops rather low. Use Water Shield at all times. You can eventually try to shock the pet or Earth Bind it then run away and drink. But it mostly only works in Blade's Edge due to the new drinking change. Line of Sight the Druid's Feral Charge all the time. Stay in range of your Rogue so you can Tremor Totem.

Totems Used: Grounding, Tremor, Fire Resist and Mana Spring.
