Rogue's Perspective
Basically, you nuke the pet and just line of sight the heals. The Shaman should assist on DPS if you have a good opportunity to burst him down with the Druid out of line of sight. Blind the Druid early, then Dlind again 1.5 minutes later and take down the pet. After this, you stick on the Hunter with everything you have. Don't let him drink and don't let him resummon his pet. Don't mind the druid mana, it's more or less endless. Stay on the Hunter and you will win once the Druid has to run drink and you pop Heroism and both of you DPS the Hunter down. Hunters are one of the softest targets in the game. This used to be one of the top end setups, but after the various Hunter and Druid nerfs their efficiency has declined dramatically. What you need to look out for is when your trinket and Cloak of Shadows are down a trap on the Rogue and 3 Cyclones and then Roots plus Faerie Fire. They are able to do basically whatever they wish to your Shaman for 20 seconds. However if you pillar hump it shouldn't be an issue really. I can honestly say we have ever only had trouble with one Druid/Hunter team, and they were ranked as the #1 Druid/Hunter team in the world for a long while. They deployed a sick tactic of just not hitting our Shaman other than with Viper Sting and the pet. They let the Scorpid apply poison, then pulled him back until Scorpid poison cooldown was up again and then sent him back in. This enabled them to keep Scorpid application at a near optimal rate while limiting the Water Shield procs drastically. They kept pulling him back and forth with incredible micromanagement which drained us pretty heavily as well as limiting our DPS on the pet. Even with this incredibly powerful strategy we had an approximately 50% winrate against them. Post nerf I don't expect problems ever with this setup.
Shaman's Perspective
This can be a very tough fight if they're good. Basically you'll have to spam Water Shield and run away from the Hunter. The Rogue is hitting the pet, while you Ground/Earth Shock the Cyclones. Remember that you can Ground Freezing Trap as well. Spam Purge on the pet or else it's just kiting, kiting, kiting and pulling the pet around pillars to kill it. This may seem simple, but hard in the situation. A lot of communication needed!
Totems Used: Grounding, Earthbind, Magma, Poison Cleansing
