| Again not a Hard fight but not easy at all. Fight with no CD's yet. Burn the DK hard asap. HoT up before you enter and with the help of the Drood burst down DK until either he pops his Green Galore or Shammie just straight up heals him through it. If he pops hie Green Galore then quickly rep Shammie and pop wings/trinket. Shammie might trinket out since Pally is in burn mode and have the Druid Cyclone him and go back on DPS with the DK. Should go down with ease if he's ubergeared rinse and repeat w/o wings and keep DK off druid and Shammie will go oom within 60 secs of a high resil/low mana set-up. when he goes oom. HoJ DK and take both Pally and druid DPS on Shammie and don't give him a chance to drink up. If DK goes for Druid BoP him then do a 8 count in your head and HoS the drood. this will give the pally the time to go through 2-3 sets of CD's and finish off shammie and work on DK after that. | |

| I personally run 2s with a ret pally and I have to agree, this is def one of the hardest comps for us to beat. I do agree with some of your points here, but I do not agree that you should try and kill the shaman. A shaman will almost never die due too the constant pulling from the DK, and CoI. What me and my partner have found that works best is perfect positioning. We attempt to pull the DK far away from the shaman, yet not out of the healing range of the shaman, I position myself next to the shaman, and when the DK gets low we begin a CC chain. The reason you have to position this way is because the DK has to be farther then 20 yards away due to Grounding totems. We start out with a Cyclone on the shaman then right into another Cyclone, at this point I run to either the opposite side of the DK/Pally fighting it out, or I run into them. Doing this will put you further then 20 yards from the grounding totem, at this point in time, you turn and cyclone the DK. When the last Cyclone runs out the Shaman most likely will drop a Grounding, which I take out with a moonfire, and the pally is free to use Repentence. At this point in time the Cyclone has run out, and the DK should be low on life (you would only do this rotation if the Shammy Trink was down, and the DK was lower on life). This is really a key thing to note though, when the DK's Cyclone drops, the Shaman will be eating a full Dura Repentence, at that point in time if a DK pet is present, the pet must be Cycloned. This will prevent the DK from using that oh so fair ~40% heal. Druid needs to add some DPS, and just/pray that he dies before the shammy comes back and starts spamming retardedly high flash heals. This fight is really all based on positioning/luck, so obviously my Tactics aren't going to work perfectly, this is just personally how we deal with Shammy/DK. Also note that typically my pally goes into the first attack with Wings up, this sometimes actually gets us the kill right off the bat with a good Repent/Cyclone chain off the start. If anyth | |
