Kill the Warlock and CC the Mage. Keep Sacrifice up on your Mage, kill the opposing Mage's pet, and try not to waste trinkets on easily Cleansable CCs. Pretty simple. DO NOT GET SHATTERED. ITS BAD.

Mage gets CoT, counterspell, Warlock sends pet on Pala, UA, CoT .. on pala, CounterSpell When Pala bubbles, you still cc the mage, wait and kill the Pala afterwards... In case the Mage uses his elemental, Warlock will banish it. | |

| Typically you'll just dot the pet, maybe fireblast and it dies. It's easier to kill it than keep it banished. But yeah, what exactly are you CCing the mage with that the mage can't IB out of, trinket out of, or be dispelled by the warlock. | |

| u guys r forgetting how easily a good retadin can take down a lock. and the fact that a good mage would LoS the other mage when hes out of CC and cs the locks fears just makes it so much easier. mage/lock is a horrible combo to use and shouldnt cause much trouble. | |
